Prior to starting OOOOO, Sam was a Managing Director at Wish.com, a leading international e-commerce player.
Prior to Wish, Sam founded a fantasy sport mobile gaming company, Ballr. He also founded Talent Lab, a data visualization software company.
Sam worked in the financial markets for 9 years in Asia Pacific as a leading talent spotter in Global Markets, based in Hong Kong and Singapore. He started his career at Accenture as a technology consultant, having studied at Salford University.

Eric started his career as a mobile software engineer at Huawei before becoming a founding member of the Musical.ly startup team as an engineering team lead, helping grow from 0 to 10 million daily active users.
Post the acquisition of Musical.ly by Bytedance, Eric was a leader across Douyin and Tiktok research and development teams, to promote user growth in all major markets.
In 2020, Eric co-founded OOOOO with Sam Jones and was responsible for technology strategy and oversight of the China team.
Eric is now building the Shiller platform with his team in Shanghai.
Jesen graduated from KU Leuven in 2012 before joining Baidu, Zamplus, and Echo in engineering roles.
Jesen ran large teams at Tencent specialising in video applications and algorithm development projects.
Jesen joined OOOOO in early 2020 as engineering lead, launching the video commerce platform in multiple markets including UK, Brazil, Italy and Middle East.
Jesen has been building the Shiller platform since early 2022.
Hadrian has 25 years experience of delivering business and IT change in a project management, relationship management, business analysis, and product owner capacity and understands the value of exceeding customer expectations.
He started his career with British Telecom, helping to build one of the UK’s first and largest digital mobile telephony & data networks before moving into consultancy, focussing on the delivery of large, transformational change within payments, insurance, banking, energy, security and retail across europe and the US.
Neil brings 20 years of experience from a broad range of sectors, including finance, retail and education. This includes 6 years management experience with major retail brands, project management roles for UK based educational institutions and 4 years teaching in Asia and Europe.
He was a founding team member and community manager for a basketball P2E game and also advised on communication and marketing strategies.
At Shiller, he is responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with established and emerging creators in the space.

Andrew has over 20 years in the music industry which consists of working at various global companies like MTV, VEVO and Universal Music Group. His passion for music and tech allowed him to become a master programming strategist and curator across platforms from broadcast to digital, and now Web3. He has worked on many groundbreaking campaigns, events, series and album releases from Coachella, The MTV Video Music Awards, MTV2 120 Minutes, Sucker Free, Headbangers Ball and artists like Muse, Linkin Park, J. Cole and The Black Keys.
His enthusiasm and knowledge in the music and Web3 space is surely recognized as thought leader and continues to develop strategies to help artists find a new way to monetize and connect with their communities. He previously worked at blockchain marketplaces like YellowHeart, Rally and LGND Music.
