The purpose of Shiller is to provide an engaging platform for all in the web3 community to come together and share their passion, explore ideas, collaborate, and educate using authentic, interactive real-time video and audio broadcasts.

Whilst we welcome and support the right of individuals to express their thoughts and beliefs on Shiller, we want people to do this in a safe and considerate way that does not discourage others from expressing themselves.

We take the safety of our community seriously and as such, require anybody who uses our platform to adhere to our rules of usage.

RULES OF USAGE:

Privacy:
You must not share, or incentivise others to share, the personal information of people without their express permission.

Safety:
You must not promote or encourage suicide or self-harm.

You must not stream media that contains explicit, sexual content.

Shiller has zero tolerance for child sexual exploitation and will not hesitate to engage and cooperate with the appropriate authorities if any content of this nature is identified on the platform.

You must not harass or threaten violence against an individual or groups of people under any circumstance. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes race, ethnicity, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, religious affiliation, age, or disability.

You must not threaten or encourage terrorism or violent extremism.

You must not use Shiller for any unlawful purpose/illegal activity. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes the selling or facilitating transactions of illegal goods or services.

Authenticity – You must not mislead, confuse, or deceive others by impersonating individuals, groups, or organizations.

You must not violate the intellectual property rights, including copyright and trademark of others.

NOTIFYING US OF RULE BREACHES:
We encourage all our community of creators, artists, and audience to notify us immediately about any breaches of the above rules by emailing privacy@shiller.io

ENFORCEMENT
Where we identify a breach of the above rules, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to take action which includes the following outcomes:

• Temporary or permanent removal of content from the platform
• Issuing guidance/warnings to individuals or groups about their behaviour
• Temporary suspension of access to the platform
• Permanent removal of access to the platform

AMENDMENTS TO THESE GUIDELINES  
As Shiller grows and evolves, we may from time to time make updates to the community guidelines to ensure that Shiller continues to effectively support the community. The most current version is always available at shiller.io/community/
